Let Me Get My Theme Music

February 23rd, 2009 | No Comments | By George

Haven’t posted in a while which I’m sorry for. Life has just been busy at the moment with shopping and school work. One balances out the other really. I do love London though – If you ever go there go into Selfridges and get a cupcake. They really are immense.

Anyway, music. There’s a nice new track from Lil’ Wayne with no autotune called “Where U At.” Sadly it’s only a snippet but it sounds a lot more promising than most of the stuff I’ve heard from the New Orleans rapper recently.  A new song by Kanye West has been leaked as well called “Flight School.” I thought this was coming from GLC but either it isn’t or the leak came before GLC had put his verse on the record.  It’s got some annoying tags sadly but still a good song regardless. You can check that out below. Personally T-pain’s bit is a bit slow and plain for me.

Right enough hip-hop I’ll just quickly plug a drum n bass remix. Mistabishi are signed to the same label as High Contrast and in my opinion, are just as talented. They’re probably better than High Contrast actually as they release their remixes for download. This remix is one to The Temper Trap’s “Science of Fear.” I haven’t heard the original so can’t comment on that but I really do love this song. As I said earlier they’ve put up a download link on their site for the song so I’ll link you to that below. Check it out.

One thing to end n the video for Flo Rida’s “Right Round” has been leaked. I would post it up however, Youtube are constantly deleting them and people are constantly re-upping the video. I really don’t think Kesha is getting enough out of this as she isn’t even in the video and this could be her big break. Anyway you can monitor recent uploads for Right Round here. Have a lovely evening/day depending on where you are.
