New Plan B x Breakage & Katy B

I’ve never been too sure what ‘It’ actually is, but right now I think it’s pretty fair to say Plan B does. Everything from his song-writing, to his music, to his videos, to his performances and let’s not forget his image (the whole Strickland Banks persona is on point) have been incredible.

I heard the Breakage remix to his track, ‘Prayin’ on Zane Lowe’s show last week and i’ve been in love with it ever since. Breakage has been has been another artist who has really been ‘pushing the envelope’ with his music this year with some illustrious remixes and on top of that, his album, ‘Foundation’ was brilliant. The remix of Prayin’ itself has an incredibly dark club feel to it with Breakage stripping the lyrics down to their core and blending them seamlessly into the starless pulsating beat. Make sure you check this on out. (via Mixcloud)

Plan B – Prayin’ (Breakage Remix)

The Defamation Of Strickland Banks and Foundation are out now.

Next up it’s another track which has caught on the Radio 1 circuit. ‘Katy On A Mission’ is the new track from singer/song-writer Katy B. Produced by none other than Benga you can expect the signature bass heavy, synth claps with Katy bringing the catchy hooks to get the end product of a summer anthem.

Definitely get your hands on this when it’s out, for now though, you’ll have to make do with YouTube link. We’ll link you as soon as we get our hands on it.

Right now it’s only radio rips knocking about. Don’t worry though, a decent link will turn up soon..
