New N*E*R*D & Doorly Remixes

I’ve always been a fan of N*E*R*D. No matter what album of theirs you listen to, it’s always different. They know how to bring something new to the table and most importantly, they make sure it’s good. It took me a few listens to get in to ‘Seeing Sounds’ but i’m glad I did – It was quality. Their new album entitled, ‘Nothing’ is set to drop this summer with the band not really releasing much information about it. What we do know; however, is that their first single, ’Hot & Fun’ features none other than Nelly Furtado. It’s got summer written all over it with some catchy/feel-good lyrics and beat. Check it out below…

Nothing is scheduled for release June 15th 2010.

Next up we’ve got two remixes from the highly talented UK producer/DJ, Doorly. His new remixes for AC Slater and Marina and The Diamonds are both experimental in their nature with Doorly mixing a range of genre and styles to get incredible results in both cases. The AC Slater – ‘Two Step’ remix has a more uptempo/drum & bass feel to it whilst the Marina and The Diamonds track, ‘I Am Not A Robot’ has more of a 2-step beat approach. I definitely recommend getting both.

I Am Not A Robot out in the UK April 26th 2010.
