Got some good new tracks to post but firstly a little bit of news. Firstly Kid Cudi is going release another album next year called Cudder. Apparently it’s not going to be as serious as his previous effort (which I really enjoyed) which could mean some more generic hip-hop beats behind Cudi and maybe some more high profile features. That’s one to look forward to. Also some news that Diplo is going to remix Gucci Mane’s “Cold War” mixtape series. That could be another to look forward to. Just 4 days to go until the release of his album, apparently he has a lot of fans in US so maybe a #1 other there?

Anyway, on with the show. First track today is a remix of Sound Of Stereo’s Zipper by sbrufuk. Really good remix simply put, it’s loud and hectic and I just really like everything that’s going on. The synths work well and the way everything builds is really good. Nice bit off bass in the track as well. This is the first remix I’ve heard by sbrufuk but I’d quite like to hear some more from him in the future. Check it out below.

Next a track I’m really liking by producer Qube. I was going to post it the other day when I noticed it on the tracklist for the album but sadly forgot about it. It’s a remix of Lauren Mason’s The Boss and quite simply it’s a huge dubstep mix – and it’s been too long since we’ve posted one of them. It’s everything you want in a big dubstep track – big bass, a few vocals and a great instrumental. This has them all. Definitely hope to hear more like this in the future,

Lastly I’ll just post up a stream of Lil Wayne’s next track off Rebirth ‘On Fire’. It’s not bad I guess, pretty mainstream and not that rock. Until Wayne starts ‘singing’ it actually sounds like it could have been a song for Duran Duran or some 80s pop group. Anyway check it out below.

The Lil Wayne beat is sampled from the Scarface OST – She’s On Fire, classic tune from the film

That Qube remix is actually very good.
