As the majority of you probably know by now Sean Paul is back. His new album ‘Imperial Blaze’ – is out Tuesday, August 18th and yesterday saw the leak of the track entitled, Press It Up. Its got that Dance Hall meets hip-hop sound, mix that with the lyrics and sounds of Mr. Sean Paul and you’ve got a hot summer jam. I’m expecting big things from Sean Paul this year, he’s got a lot of work to do if he wants to top some of his previous material so let’s hope he’s up to it.
Another artist who’s finally making a come back this year is none other than Andre 3000. The artist is set to release a solo album and a follow-up to ‘Idlewild’ with Big Boi in ‘09, excellent news as far as i’m concerned. His Latest track called Lookin’ 4 Ya is off of Tapemasters Inc. and DJ Envy’s ‘Purple Codeine Vol. 25′. Unfortunately its tagged but nevertheless, it’s still definitely worth a listen.
Finally, i’ve got a track which has actually been out for a while now however, like the Sub Focus track that Blik posted yesterday, the full version has only dropped recently. Sigma are known for their hard Drum & Bass sounds and this track – Paint It Black, is no different, its been quite popular with the likes of High Contrast and Annie Mac as of late so you know it gotta be good…
That Sigma track is immense and the Andre 3k is fire too.
