Annie Mac was good last night, some huge tracks came on which I’ll talk about later, unfortunately though most aren’t in mp3 form yet. Namely:

Subscape- ‘Nothings Wrong’ → Amazing dubstep.

Dizzee Rascal- ‘Bonkers’ (Soulwax Edit)

Justice Vs Stretch- ‘Phantom I’m Alive’  → Sounded like a good mashup.

Also new Crookers but I’ll be posting on that later today!.

Anyhow first up we have the Nero remix of The Streets‘ Blinded By The Lights. I’m not into Mike Skinner much but BBTL has to me in my top 10 songs of all time, great lyrics, and the melody and chorus is just unreal. Anyhow this dubstep remix makes amazing use of that melody, I’d say this is one of the best dubstep remixes of the year so far. Its been being played for a while by Annie Mac now (thought not last night) but I only just bothered getting it and I can’t recommend it enough.

Next we have an amazing piece of Drum N Bass called Rock It by Sub Focus. Its apparently taken a year for it to be released proper but I’ve only just heard of it so I’m posting it anyway. Its phenomenal, again, I can’t recommend this highly enough. Even if you don’t like DnB rhat much you may like this.

Thirdly we have Foamo’s mix of La Roux’s Bulletproof. I think the original is by far their best piece to date and I actually prefer this remix to Zinc’s, removes some of the ‘polish’ of the original whilst retaining a good portion of it.
